Special Shelter Hours: 12-3 PM

The Humane Society of Carroll County will only be open from 12-3 PM, 8/22.

Animal care and yard sale donations can still be dropped off during regular business hours (8:30AM-4:30 PM). All volunteers (except transport ones) are cancelled.
