Join us for the 4th annual “tails at twilight.” The event will be held on Saturday, December 8th at Martin’s Westminster. The evening will begin at 7pm with a reception including an open beer and wine bar, followed by silent and live auctions and specialty raffles and games. Proceeds benefit the Homeless Pets of Carroll County.
