Closed July 4th
The Humane Society of Carroll County will be closed for the 4th of July.
Animal control will be responding to emergencies only.
We will resume normal business hours on Friday, July 5th.
**Please remember to keep your pet safe during fireworks. More animals are lost on the 4th of July then any other time of the year.
