Volunteers Take on Carroll’s Barn Cats

Carroll County’s barn cats are getting a makeover due to the tireless efforts of Joanna Spencer, Donna Babylon and their Catsnip team. With funds granted by HSCC the volunteers are successfully trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing cats from Carroll County farms.

The Catsnip team trapped 500 cats in 2015 preventing the births of tens of thousands of unwanted kittens.
