Please complete this application if interested in adopting a dog from the Humane Society of Carroll County. You do not need to have a specific dog in mind to complete. Applications can be completed to be pre-approved for adoption. All applications are good for one year after being approved.

If you have a specific dog in mind–please call for a meet and greet appointment after completing your application (410-848-4810 ext 821). You can schedule a meet and greet appointment prior to application approval.

You will be notified by email or phone once your application is processed–please give us a week to process your application. Once approved, adoptions can usually be completed on the same day as your meet and greet.
