Maryland 3000–All Adoption Fees Waived for August

All adoption fees are waived for the month of August.
The Humane Society of Carroll County (HSCC) is participating in the Maryland 3000 adoption challenge. A statewide initiative led by the Baltimore Animal Welfare Alliance (BAWA) to help clear the shelters in Maryland (participating shelters only) with a goal of 3000 animals being adopted. Shelters in every county of Maryland are participating.
