Student Service Orientation

Thank you for filling out our Student Service registration! We are so glad you’re here!

Next Steps:

All volunteers ages 10 & up must sign up for a New Volunteer Orientation. This is a short, in-person meeting, during which you will

• Get a tour
• Sign Your Volunteer Waiver (For volunteers under 18, must be signed by a parent/guardian)
• Learn about all the volunteer opportunities available
• Receive your t-shirt
• Make your name tag

Students 5-9

Students 10-16

Sign up for orientation here. Please note: volunteers under 16 cannot work directly with animals. We have lots of opportunities for students under 16, which we will review during the orientation. A parent/guardian MUST accompany any students under 16 throughout the entire orientation.

Students 16-17

Students 16 and over should sign up for an adult orientation. For 16 & 17 year olds, If you plan to drive yourself to orientation, please reach out for an electronic copy of the waiver and have your parent sign it ahead of time. Alternatively, your parent/guardian can sign it when they drop you off. Parents/guardians of 16 and 17-year-olds do not have to stay for the orientation.
